Maintenance Agreements

We offer a maintenance agreement that covers everything, but the paper! It covers the supplies such as toner, drums, imaging units, etc... based on the model of machine. It also includes service calls if any issues come up. All that you pay is a cost per copy rate. There is no monthly minimum copy count; so you do not have to pay for the copies you don't make and you don't get charged extra for going over your maximum count. *Please see bottom for details.

*For most agreements if you do over $100.00 a year there is no minimum or maximum amount that you have to meet per month.There only is a minimum of $100.00 per year. Please call if you have any questions about our maintenance agreements.
