Maintenance Agreements

We offer maintenance agreements that cover everything but the paper! Supplies such as toner, drums, surge protector, imaging units, etc... based on the model of machine. It also includes service calls from one of our factory trained technicians, If any issues come up. All you pay is a cost per copy rate. There is no monthly minimum copy count; so you do not have to pay for the copies you don’t make and you don’t get charged extra for going over your maximum count.
